Overview

Performs data entry for the Child Care Resource & Referral Program. Promotes and completes reservations for Child Care Resource & Referral Professional Development Events. Supports the membership and service goals of the Child Care Resource and Referral Program.

Responsibilities

  • Performs data entry for the Child Care Resource & Referral program
  • Collects data to enter from Child Care Resource & Referral staff.
  • Enters training participant information into TTAM.
  • Enters training follow-up survey participant information into Salesforce and initiates email survey.
  • Enters provider updates into NACCRRAware upon receipt.
  • Completes provider closures in NACCRRAware upon receipt.
  • Enters other data as requested.
  • Updates contact information on returned mail.
  • Ensures accuracy of all data entry.
  • Performs cross-checks between Reservation System, Salesforce and TTAM to ensure information matches across systems.
  • Attends training as necessary to stay current in data entry procedures.
  • Ensures database accuracy by maintaining all databases for Child Care Resource and Referral Program.
  • Communicates regularly with Data Specialist on issues with data systems.
  • Promotes and completes reservations for Child Care Resource & Referral Professional Development Events.

  • Ensures client professional development event calls are answered within one working day and related requests are met.

  • Utilizes Salesforce data system to ensure accurate membership records.

  • Supports the membership and service goals of the Child Care Resource and Referral Program

  • Actively participates in ensuring the program is Quality Assurance Certified in best practices.

  • Actively pursues knowledge of linguistic, racial and ethnic populations in SDA to address that population’s needs.

  • Outreach to businesses and community organizations.

  • Helps implement special grant-funded projects as assigned.

  • Keeps records of client contacts and compile service statistics for reports to funding sources.

  • Evaluates and interprets records of contacts to help identify client needs and update services.

  • Establishes and maintains community contacts to support CCR&R child care recruiting efforts.

  • Promotes sales of memberships and services.

  • Consults and participates in cooperative planning with other CCR&R program staff to meet common goals of the division.

  • Attends staff meetings and team activities.

Qualifications

Requires:

High School diploma or equivalent.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Related experience in data entry and customer service, one year minimum experience preferred.
